Our Response

Published Wednesday, 1 April

Dear Family,

Now more than ever, in this time of need, supporting each other has become our mission. Together we move forward with patience and optimism in the face of uncertainty.

As we work to protect the health and well-being of our customers, our communities, and our teams, we wanted to share our contribution to relief efforts.

We are committing $10 million toward COVID-19 relief through the Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation, formerly known as the Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation.

These funds will:

  • ? Contribute to the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund, a global effort supporting countries to prevent, detect, and respond to the pandemic.
  • ? Build on our 20-year commitment to cancer care through our Pink Pony Fund by supporting our long-standing network of international cancer institutions that are caring for people with cancer, who are especially vulnerable at this time.
  • ? Commit an inaugural gift to the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA)/Vogue Fashion Fund for COVID-19 relief to support the American fashion community impacted by the pandemic.
  • ? Offer financial grants to our employees facing special circumstances, like medical, eldercare, or childcare needs.

In addition, we are starting the production of 250,000 masks and 25,000 isolation gowns with our US manufacturing partners.

Our hearts and thoughts are with the global community. Our hope is to be a beacon of optimism and unity as we navigate this unprecedented time. It is in the spirit of togetherness that we will rise.

With warmth and gratitude,

Your Ralph Lauren Team

Our Stores

Dear Valued Customer,

Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and the communities we serve.

In light of the spread of COVID-19, we are continually assessing the rapidly evolving dynamics around the world, taking into account the guidance of medical experts, global health organisations, and local governments to determine the right approach to ensure our communities’ well-being.

That is why we have temporarily closed our directly operated stores across Europe.

The Ralph Lauren website and our UK Polo App will remain open for business. Know, with confidence, that we are monitoring our packaging practices and our team’s health and well-being very closely. At our distribution centres, we have deployed extra deep cleanings and put into place staggered work schedules along with the appropriate health and hygiene standards advised by governments and public health agencies.

Thank you for your loyalty and love for our brand. As we face this challenge as a global community, our hope is to continue to be a beacon of optimism and unity that Ralph Lauren and our brands have always been to the world.

With warmth and gratitude,

Your Ralph Lauren Team
